Policy: Suspension Tech products are sold as a trade only product. We believe that an integral part of our suspension systems is the relationship between the end user and the tuner. By only supplying the trade / suspension technicians we are endeavoring to strengthen this relationship. By making quality components that improve the function of the std suspension we are endeavoring to create a win, win for the customers and technicians. The customer gets better suspension at realistic prices and the technician makes a good margin with out having to discount his most valuable asset (his time) to sell an overpriced kit.
Ordering: By Phone / fax or E mail. When ordering please state quantity, part number, make, model and year of machine. (Suspension Tech part number or Race Tech part number OK) Please supply delivery details and relevant phone and fax numbers. Sorry no Po Box deliveries.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change. All prices in this web site are retail prices quoted in New Zealand dollars including Gst (12.5% sales tax). Goods exported from New Zealand are not subject to Gst. Importers are responsible for their own customs clearances and payments of duties, customs fees etc.
Payment: All orders are to be prepaid including freight. Bank draft is the preferred and most cost effective means of payment. Credit card transactions are restricted to Visa or Mastercard. Bank drafts or TT's must be sighted before order is sent. Bank draft should be made payable to Suspension Tech. TT's should be sent to

Shipping: Please specify method of shipping. If no instructions are received all orders will be sent NZ Courier Post and may attract Customs and Duty charges. Allow 3 - 5 working days to Australia. Air Mail is the cheapset alternative and does not usually attract Gst or duties but are not secure. Items sent by air mail are not traceable and are at the customers risk if lost.
Claims: All goods are double checked. Carefully packaged and shipped in good condition. The carrier has the responsibility for the goods from the time they leave Suspension Tech until they are delivered to you. Title of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery from the carrier. All claims for loss or damage are to be made immediately and to the carrier.
Back Orders: All efforts will be made to send completed orders within the customers deadline.
Should items be on back order every effort will be made to contact the customer and order will be held awaiting further instructions. If no reply is received order will be sent to comply with customers deadlines and unsupplied items will be placed on back order.
Guarantee / warranty: We continually inspect and improve our products. All parts have been inspected prior to shipping and our guarantee is limited to the replacement of defective parts. All defective parts must be returned for inspection. This guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees or warranties implied or expressed. Because we can not control the application or installation of our products the buyer assumes risks for any and all damage caused to him/her self or third party by virtue of failure of these parts
